Default 07 durango

well we did it and got a new durango today. I wanted to get the magnum but nothing on the lot and the money was burning a hole and so on....

Well I got it for a good price but I'm itching to hack off the cats and put a full dual exhaust this weekend!!

You will get codes by taking off the cats!

I figured something would show up but does anybody know what they are and if there is a work around? My guess is a o2 or pressure? Has anybody else done it? I haven't looked but any reccomendations for a cat back exhaust?

Yeah got the lifetime warranty, oil changes and tires for life but I'll probably put new rims and tires on it once these wear out anyway.

Has anybody installed monitors in the middle seat headrest? I want to put something back there for the kids to play games on but their pretty small.

What did you hear or decide? I'm in the same boat. I bought in July, NightRunner, and I'm looking to get a new cat back as well.

I checked a few sites today for a cat back and they all say "no part number listed for your application" I'll probably take it down to a friend of mine who can build one. No emissions here so I'm not concerned about CARB. I still would like to make some more mods to it but I don't want to screw up the MDS program.

I put the Mopar/Borla on mine. Been on for over a year; looks and sounds fantastic and paid less than 600.

Nothing pressure wise, but will throw cat efficiency codes (usually P0420) and/or something along the lines of downstream o2 signal out of normal range/too high.
