Yes I have The same problem. What cause that is when someone get out. Someone dont use the running board. When you put your weight on the side of the seat. Your body push down on the plactic. And crack the plastic from the screw.

 

yeah mines cracked to were do you put the washers at Indy take srews out and put washers on them. Does anyone make them out of metal.
