What size engine do you have? You can go to Dayco website and download an illustration:

Welcome to the forum!!!!!

There is a pulley that has keeps tension on the belt (Belt Tensioner Pulley) as the belt goes around. You simply pull this tension off and remove the belt. In case you forget the order on how to replace the belt (through each pulley) there is a diagram under the hood on a sticker. The best belt is a Goodyear Gaterbelts and I know Auto Zone sells them.

The tensioner has 2 pulleys which is the one that I have to move? How do I remove the Tension By hand or with tools?

You move the pulley that has the spring arm on it creating tension. You pull it back with whatever tool is necessary to relieve tension then remove the belt.
