Default Ign.lock cyl. problem

Hi All, I'm a newbie to the forum and am hoping someone has some info that will help me out! My daughter pulled into the driveway (flat and level) with the steering wheel at approx. 180 off normal operating position,wheels mostly straight forward. Next morning,after inserting key the ign.lock cylinder will not turn!! Have tried penetrant,tapping key,centering pressure on steering lock and all combinations of all the above and still can't get key to turn!! ANY IDEAS?

Turn the steering wheel until it locks while pressing the brake pedal or try this link:

yes we've tried total of three keys -- still no-go

Will the Durango shift out of park into nuetral?

FF, it will not shift out of park.
