Question.
Hi All,
Have a 2005 Durango Limited, AWD, Hemi, every option. It has 106K miles and has been maintained to the extreme. This vehicle runs and is like new except below and a rock chip or two. I thought I had delt with every known issue this vehicle has history with. PCM software, NAV, cluster, seat trim, tank, P700, brakes, EGR you name it. Well the lower ball joints and one of the uppers finally wore. So while I was at it, Tires, Shocks, all four control arms (Mevotech), tie rod ends, swap bar links and bushings (Moog) and it was time for the rear brakes too. I performed all work except tire mount, then took it to NTB who does my Alignment, Rotate and Balance since day one. These guys know me and have always done me right. Anyway, they could not get the caster on the drivers side to come into spec. I even went to the sister store for a second opinion. Ride height was adjusted to spec before alignment at both locations.
So here is the question...are the Aluminum Knuckles a known problem for this year and I just missed it, or maybe the wife kissed a curb (no wrecks). They also told me the passenger side caster only came in after max adjustment. I think it unlikely that "both" Lower Mevotech arms are bad. They have a good rep.
The other question is why do I have a Low Tire Pressure Indication on my instrument cluster when the option was not available until I believe 2008? No reset or Code and Dodge has no clue, except replace cluster (maybe), at my expense this time. I hate shotgun parts changers.
Sorry for the long of it, but it saves additional questions I've found.
Thanks for your time.

Really couldn't wait. Found shop with bigger pry bar/adjustment tool. Brought LH caster just in on high side and brought up RH high to within .3 differential, so all is well for now.
Would still like help with "Tire pressure low indication" and I must also close rear hatch twice or I get "Cargo Door Light" on cluster with constant chime. These started when the Wife got a jump from someone I suspect maybe reversed cables initially. Battery was done and so was replaced.
Thanks for any.

Yes the cluster was complied with. Have noticed on other sites of Jeeps (Chrysler) and a few other Dodges with the pressure light on (system not installed). Dealer said signal was direct from wheel transmitters to panel on equiped vehicles. Would try to reset panel at my cost, but not sure possible. Tire Stores also no help. Dealer said if it is a cluster issue, I could replace it, again at my cost, or just put a piece of black tape over it.
How's that for a Profesional Maintenance Facility.
