Default New guy with a question on an '07

I have a '07 Durango Limited, I left the key on the other day while it was in the garage and drained the battery. Charged the battery over night so my wife could get to work. She called today to inform me that the key fob doesn't lock or unlock the doors and when she uses the key to unlock the doors the panic alarm goes off.
I'm thinking that the fob as to be reprogrammed? Strange that it all worked before the battery went dead.
She also said that she can't set the time on the radio, says she read the manual. Can set the hour but not the minutes.
Are the radio and key fob related?

Any help would be great.

Thanks
Reed

I have done that twice to my 2007 Durango and all was well after the battery was jumped. Maybe a fuse was blown?

I used the spare key/fob this morning, that one lock and unlocks the doors. So it looks like the first key got de-programed.
Kinda of a dose if that's what happens if the key is left in ignition and battery goes dead or the battery is changed.
