the evap saga continues!

200 miles and evap system test kicked on GASCAP and engine codes again!

p0440 and p0456

I ordered the following from Dealer as Napa said OEM only:
Linear Purge Valve - p/n 489 173 9AA ($24.95)
Evap Sys Integrated Module - p/n 528 558 27AB ($14.30)

Figured Id replace both since cheap enough - Parts guy suggested it also may be the EGR valve, but thats $115! so hoping I can avoid replacing that/

 

Updates? I am starting the same saga in my 07 4.7.

nope - im figuring it is either the egr valve or i have an undetectable leak somewhere in a line though all hoses seem fresh, crack free.

Im about to sell the truck so Ive stopped attempting repair.
