Hey everyone! I am trying to figure out what is going on with my 2005 Durango 5.7 Hemi. I just changed the EGR after getting the CEL a few weeks ago. It ran and drove just fine even with the CEL on but it hasn't been running very well since changing it. The idle is rough and it feels like it is lacking some power. Anyone had similar issues or know what happened?

Have you looked to see if the plunger moves on the EGR Valve? Its possible that's the issue. Are the seals good? What did you use for a gasket? Perhaps its blocking the passageway.

Also out of curiosity are you getting any engine codes? Try checking that by turning the key to the on position 3 times and leaving it there (It'll display the codes in the odometer window)
