Please help!!!!!
Assuming there is one, probably a function of/on the fuel pump. Never had that asked before.
Why? Plan on rolling over your vehicle? If you are looking for that as your culprit on the other tread, "that ain't it"

Your Durangos fuel filter is inside the gas tank on the bottom of the pump. I hope that if you went in that far, you also replaced the fuel pump itself.
You need to get a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and see what pressure if any it has.
Might be the fuel pump relay or the pump itself.
Since it runs when you spray some in, sounds like the fuel system is the place to be trouble shooting.
