i have a 2006 durango with engine code po750 how do i fix it

Welcome to the iste. I moved this thread to the second generation Durango section from the general section. You need a new shift solenoid and www.rockauto.com should have them in stock,

Do you still have any warranty left on transmission. If you do have the valve body replaced and replace both filters.
