Default 3 questions on one

I have read that people seem to be having problems with their auto transmissions, when they renew the fluid and don't use Mopar ATF4, I think my trans is due a filter and fluid change, and have brought some Comma MVATF, trans fluid, i expect none of you have heard of Comma oils, their an English company, which were taken over by Esso(Exxon). Can someone give me genuine advise,as to whether an none Mopar fluid will be ok to use.

LikeWise, I take it it's must to use HOAT antifreez/coolant mixture, and nothing else will do??

I used lube guard on 2001 Ram 3500 diesel tranny. Lubeguard brings dex fluid into spec with the +4. Truck was chipped/boosted and worked its butt off towing and the fluid worked fine.
