We have a 2008 Durango and recently noticed at about 1.5 RPM's it feels likegoing over a bunch of little bumps. This just started yesterday and didn’t dothis before. We are in AZ and had a bad storm so my wife had to drive itthrough a lot of water and semi deep areas. We have 98,000 miles on it. Goingover 1.5 RPM's, it is fine. What could the issue be? Suggestions please andthank you.

Do have a 4.7 or the 5.7 engine? You may have gotten down in the spark plug tube, causing a misfire.
