So i looked into this and I may go with a REF radio if it will work with the factory amp?
Anyone know if the harness is already pre wired in near the antenna spot if you do not have sat radio option?

 

Well I think i found a good deal on a radio.

I found a RAQ 6 disc CD/MP3 deck like mine but newer with the sat radio mod and antenna for $50 up north here! out a 08 caliber.

If anyone is in Ontario here, there are at 3 2nd gen Durangos around the hwy 9 area if anyone needs parts.

 

I posted this on the audio section, as I mentioned before I just bought another RAQ deck with the sat radio module box and antenna with the necessary harnesses from a 08 Caliber

my durango does NOT have the sat radio option in it........

2 Questions.

1) Will MY RAQ deck work with this sat box?

2) How do i wire it up to work?

So an update on this, with having the ACC option the install was a breeze, the harness was located in the rear of the hatch under the headliner, plugged in the head unit and in the mids of installing the antenna.
Called Sirius and have the radio working, for now it says "updating channels" i have read there is an issue with the radios doing this, any way to get rid of it? i cannot program any channels yet.....anyone have any issues like this?

Audio is 100% sounds great but still says updating channels.
