Default HELP!!!! stalls and hesitates

I own a 2008 dodge Durango , it recently has had a new motor put into it due to a cracked block. I have had it to the dodge dealer several times, they say there is nothing they can find wrong with it. I am frustrated with them. Anyone have any ideas.2008 Dodge Durango 4WD V8-5.7L

Check engine light on? When you say "new" motor, it was brand new? Who installed it? Why not go to the place that installed it and make them work on it until it's right?

Well they need to fix it. Try a different garage if you are not getting the results. I assume it came with a warranty?

akriner1,

How often is the vehicle stalling? Have you noticed any common tendencies when the issue occurs (coming to a stop, after an extended idle..)?

stalls once or twice a week at slow speeds for example while turning into a parking spot, hesitates for 1-2 seconds when starting at a stop sign, it acts like it wants to go, you can feel it start to accelerate then it bogs down before going,

dealer can reproduce it with a computer connected however all the data reported to their computer is "normal with no indications of problems ". the dealer acts like I am a nuisance. Yes it has a warranty.last time I was in the shop he sent it to the mechanic with a description of "engine runs poorly".

akriner1,

With the symptom reproduced at the dealer, I would recommend a follow-up with the Service Manager and technician involved for further explanation. If the vehicle is stalling and detail of the event are recorded, your dealer has the resources available to review.
