Question 06- 5.7 fan clutch

I had to change radiator , fan clutch , belt .....it went well the fan clutch looks different but rock auto swore it was the part .
I changed it anyhow , now , after engine is shut off , & I restart it & put it in gear & go .....it sounds like the engine is revving high , according to the tachometer it is not revving high.....it just sounds like it ........I have the tow package & in some books it says it should have a heavy duty fan clutch , but that isnt available for this , .....I did find it for an 07 - 5.7 though ....its $50 to see if its the issue .....trans is good , not slipping & the tach is not showing a rev but it sounds like its a 4 barrel being kicked in

if I move the truck after just starting the engine .....for the first 1/4 - 1/2 mile.......it makes a loud noise like the engine revving ....but the tach says it is not revving .....

Ive seen on other threads thats from an after market fan clutch......but at $220 - $290 for a mopar fan clutch who can blame me for trying a $40 one ?

please read the entire thread , for some reason you two "moderators" dont see the entire post or get confused .....one more time I will try & explain .......when I first start the truck & move it ....it seems to rev high but not according to the tach ........it only makes this loud noise almost like another engine under the hood during the first 1/4-1/2 mile after a start up........it does not do it from then on until I shut the truck off again.......then I restart ( hot or not) & get the noise .....for the first 1/4 to 1/2 mile

It's the clutch on the fan and it's perfectly normal.
