Default Swap

How hard would it be and what extra do I need to install a 5.7 hemi from a 2004 Durango in a 2004 Durango that came with a 4.7?

Engine, of course..... probably trans as well, wiring harness, and pcm. Likely more as well, but, that is the basics.

I would stick to the 4.7. Do you see how many 5.7 are dead? I love my 5.7 and all but in the back of my mind i have a worry that it'll get the hydrolock problem.

i also hear that a lot of them are destroyed from overheating.
