Default 2004 Dodge Durango leaking

I have 2004 Dodge Durango hemi 5.7. Today I noticed that behind the rear passenger tire that it was leaking. I’ve never had a problem. It was clean but oily. I’ve never had a problem before.

the component in the picture is the rear air conditioning thermal expansion valve. the ac system does have a small amount of pag oil but it doesn look like refrigerant/pag oil. the fluid on it looks like brake fluid or super clean rear diff fluid.

It's dripping down FROM those pipes, not spraying up onto them. Look at the splash patter below it. Think I would be taking a peak at whats above there, and see if it isn't something INSIDE the truck leaking out. Also, Could it be coolant?? I would imagine there is a heater core back in that area as well.

Yea it’s dripping from the pipes. I do have a rear heater in my durango. But the heater has never worked since I got it. Just the a/c. The only thing above those pipes are for the heater/ac. I’m worried I don’t even want to drive it. I just put a new pcm in and are dying to get it back on the road
