Hello folks, first post here.

A while back, I was involved in a fender bender where someone ran into the back of my Durango on an off-ramp and I only just got the time for the replacement of the bumper. I'm going to assume I need to replace everything to do with the rear bumper but I'm unsure what to buy. Any help there would be appreciated.

Also, I have not been able to find any good repair guides on youtube for the rear bumper. Lots of videos for the front bumper but nothing for the rear. Does anyone have a good guide on replacing the rear bumper as well as the supports for it?

 

This probably won't be super helpful, but be sure you find out if your DD has the park assist feature. Those sensors in the rear bumper may need replacing or they might be fine and can be installed in the new bumper. I'm not sure about repairing or replacing the rear bumper. I was rear-ended a few years ago and the repair guy (an auto body guy who was the ex-husband of the friend who hit my DD) replaced the entire bumper and color matched and all.
