My D has 170k km and when stopped at light there seems to be a miss causing the vehicle to shake. It is fine at highway speeds. I googled it and the search indicated may need to clean TBC and IAC. Not sure how exactly to do this or if this is where to start. I was originally going to change the plugs. Any ideas or instructions on cleaning if that is correct?

 

Is your check light on? Also check your vacuum lines. Could have a vacuum leak.
