Default 98 2.7 Won't start

Well guys this is my 3rd try at posting this problem. Quick and in a nut shell. Check engine light came on. Camshaft positioning sensor bad, replaced all is right with the world. Was driving down the road when the engine just shut down with no warning. Got the beast off the road and sat for awhile. Tried to start it motor cranked over strong but wouldn't fire off. Pulled the beast home and tried again to start still the motor cranked strong even got a couple of double cranks like it wanted to fire off but still no go. I just paid the thing off and just want to get it running so I can sell the Albatrose. Anyone looking for a good body and interior, tires , new radiator, new battery. If so contact me. But till then anyone with any idea as to which way I should venture to repair the beast Please respond. See Pics

Is the engine light on again? The sensor you put in may have been a dud. Try and start it with the MAP sensor unplugged, if it starts, replace it (they seem to stick after a while and when it does, there is usually no engine light, but the car w/n start because it thinks the engine is revved up and the fire/mixture is all messed up).

well u have 2 deals oing then either a bad CRANK sensor not cam that will throw some people off if u have a bad crank it will kill the car and it will see loss of cam b4 the crank is lost. If not then u are looking at PCM or wiring issue. Crank sensor is on the bell housing of the tranny

Try to get your hands on a DRB3 under no start mode, and ck crank and cam are in sink. If one of is out the engine won't , like dodge tech said.

my car was the same year the same color and sits in the same spot now (driveway) for some reason id been driving the car all day over 200 miles or around that and it stopped that night sounded like it wanted to start so we eliminated problems with the engine jumped straight to the harness and found weak spots and fixed them but the engine stilll wouldnt start but when it did it was the last start the thing started and next we knew there was coolant in the oil all i want to say is dont play around with this car too much if it stops like that and wont even start take it to a specialized mechanic with good equipment so there is no guess and check and you may be able to save the beast
