Hi all newbie here. I have an 02 intrepid sxt. 3.5 L H.O. air bag light came on and lost all acc.
including windows, signals, a/c , stereo. When I shut car off everything starts back up as usual
but a few miles down the road it happens again. Any info would help. Thanx in advance.

 

U have an Ign switch messing up.when it happens again wiggle the key in the switch and see if it all comes back to life.
One of the 4 mirco switches inside the IGN switch has a bad contact.

 

Holy crap! Same symptoms as my '01 2.7L SE (129,000mi.). Naturally it wouldn't act up for the dealer. They said the ignition switch would be a "best guess." It's an expensive repair, but now I see what the problem most likely is. Would this also bea cause of random stalling? I replaced the cam & crank sensors, but to no avail. It always starts right back up.
