Default 99 3.2 Timing Belt

I just purchased a 99 Intepid with a 3.2 v6. I am going to change the timing belt, water pump and hoses. It looks real tight, how much room is there to work once taking the radiator cross member and fans out ? How difficult is it to get the crank pully off ? Should the tensionor be changed too does the radiator have to come out.
Any tips from someone that has done this would be a great help. Also looks like the lower hose will be a bit af a challenge too
Should keep me busy for a good part of a saturday

There's plenty of room with the cooling fans out. Crank pulley removal requires a special puller that works on certain Chrysler and GM products. You won't get it off without that tool. The radiator does not need to be removed. The tensioner pulley and hydraulic tensioner assy. should absolutely be replaced. To access the lower hose/thermostat housing, you'll have to get under the vehicle and remove the oil filter. Gonna be a PITA if you're flatbacking it.

Make sure you follow torque specs on WP and tensioner bolts.

This is also a good time to check condition of trans cooler hoses and clamps at the radiator. They almost inevitably seep, but it usually just requires tightneing or replacing the clamps.

You can replace the timing belt without removing the crank pulley.

You can replace the timing belt without removing the crank pulley.
And you can equal a right turn with three lefts, but whywaste time and energy when there are easier ways? I grew tired of trying to work around easily removed components a long time ago; sometimes more work is really less.
