Top of the second gen fourm, download PDF in "the Holy Grail". It is a complete 2nd gen shop manual (with schematics). That with a mulit meter (or test light), and you should be good. If you are not familiar with schematics/ele work, I'd suggest either a local friend, or you may need to go to the dealer.

Thanks for posting the reply.
I tried to fix this problem with the help of Schematics and by using multimeter. Spent almost an hour, opened both the tail lights and checked without them, but couldn't find the short and also blew 2 more fuses($4.99) in the process. Finally i took the car to canadian tire and they fix the 2 side brake lights (0.8 hr labour - $75 ) but told me that i have to change the harness for the center one. They don't have that in stock. I think they found the wire shorting somewhere near the junction of both the brake lights and the top light. Now i am not able to open my trunkfrom inside. I think they messes up something. Have to take it back to them..........

Check the wires on the left side of the trunk where they run from the body to the deck lid. You can repair the harness.
