Default 2.7 intrepid O2 sensor and akward idle

hello i own a 2.7 04 intrepid with no major issues and running strong and well.. i only have 2 little issues.. it like to randomly idle at 550 RPM rather then the normal 750 rpm.. this happens completly randomly, ive changed the oil just 2 days ago and changed the air filter 1 day ago.. still same issue.. anyone have some ideas? second is O2 sensor.. where is bank 2 sensor 1!??? i was told it is on the driver side closer to the front.. coming right out the exhaust manifold.. at first the thing didnt work at all.. so i replaced.. now i get a high voltage reading from band 2 sensor 1.. the messed up idle began about 2 weeks after all this!.. any ideas? i got no oil light issues or anything and the car runs well.. exept when it idles lower then usual!.. if i go to pick up from the low rough idle.. sometimes i get no power until suddently i get alot of power and it flys!.. doesnt make sense to me.. the check engine light will sometimes flash and car acts very different. .. i go home and check codes.. and i get oxygen sensor high voltage bank 2 sensor 1 !.. any ideas would be great!. thanks!

Did you get the correct sensor? High readings are usually caused by a short to voltage, usually the o2 sensor heater. 2/1 should be on the left side, just unplug it while looking at the readings to make sure.

left side meaning then i look at the engine.. or left side meaning passenger? also .. i got a misfire code too!.. one sec.. i'll put them off right now. :
P0300 RANDOM/ MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE DETECTED
P0152 O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE BANK 2 SENSOR 1
P0300 RANDOM/ MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE DETECTED
also ive noticed sometimes the car doesnt accelerate!.. i manage to get up to 10kmh then have to press the gas over halfway with no power! then it shifts down or something and it regains power.. im guessing thats the car trying to avoid damage due to misfire? this suddenly started 2 weeks ago.. problem is really annoying and i have a feeling its a safetly hazard due to power loss.. !

left and right is always as sitting in the drivers seat. Left is drivers side. the P0300 is probably caused by the o2 sensor acting up. Chase the o2 code and go from there. No power can be multiple things.

once the weather gets half decent i shall try another O2 sensor if that works.. all is good.. if not.. i shall go back to my old defective one.. i had no issues with it.. just a check engine light all the time! this is really just bugging me.. the rough idle is akward and the car used to idle at like 750 but has now dropped.. and random times when it doesnt accelerate really bugs me and is a safety hazard big time!.. any chances it could be a MAF mass air flow sensor or some idle control valve? no clue where to start and have a major lack of money at the time.. but the cars a family car and needs to be running well and reliable at all times..

Could be a dirty throttle body, get in there with an old tooth brush and some throttle body cleaner and scrub it down.
