I know they have someting to do with relay/resistor etc. Basically i can only get the blower to turn on at max speed on the switch. Would this cause my condensor fan to not turn on ? It has two fans and only one turns on/compressor will not turn on. 1999 chrysler intrepid 2.7. Any help would be nice.
