Make the passenger sit in it

possibly bend it back. and as far as swapping pass and driver seats, the lever for recline would be on the wrong side. and i dont know if the brackets are sensitive to the sides. but hopefully the bent seat will keep the price down. and hopefully you can bend it back

 

but my questions is HOW or WHAT will i use to bend it back?

I'm no expert and know nothing of this matter, but you could try putting the seat in the car, bolting it down, and put steady pressure on the side that is not bent, and either push forward on the bent side from the back, or pull on it from the front.
