Default Turbo Cooling

I heard from a friend that I should keep the A/C compressor on my car and run the A/C to cool the turbo
I've never heard of it before but just wondering. Since its just like running coolant thru it. But would it be detrimental to the turbo since it would be like sending it into a deep-freeze???

i wouldnt recomend that, using the a/c is only draining ur car of power.

That doesn't even make sense. How would the A/C help keep the turbo cooler...?

i would say... no

what are you supposed to do when your car is overheating??? TURN OFF THE A/C. nick is correct, it will only drain power away.
