Modern Perfomance has everything you will need to do a full performance overhaul. I have my spare motor sitting in my garage....... not i just have to get the money to do it.

What are your plans for the motor long term...N/A or F/I?

Howell has the stroker kit for the Neons. I'd stroke it. Be sure to compare prices between Howell and Modern Performance.

well first off if i were you i would wait a year before getting the camaro.... since its the first year they are bringing them out you might want to wait a year as you never know what kinda of problems they might have with the car once it hits a mass production rate.... now as for your motor.....:

get yourself the r/t head(and w/e else you need to make that work)
get the comp 400 cam( or a #10 cam),
the unorthodox Underdrive pulley
adjustable cam gear
get the cylinders bored .20 over
the AFX aftermarket PCM
the 8.5 compression bottom end kit w/ the .20 over pistons from modernperformance.com
the matching top end kit
to finish the motor off i'd buy a hahn stage 2 turbo kit (you can ask for the 20g turbo instead of the 16g if you want too)
then dress the motor up with an MSD ignition,
powdercoated valve cover w/ a billet oil cap
prothane motormount inserts
im not sure if you are going to need the following as idk if some of it comes with the stuff in the Hahn kit or not but here goes:
might need larger injectors (SRT stage 0 would prolly be fine)
a fuel return kit
walbro 255 fuel pump
Fuel pressure regulator
and then there is the optional stuff:
oil overflow can
coolant over flow
larger oil pan (howellautomotive.com)

im prolly missing a bunch of stuff here and there but all of that will prolly get you to like 250-300HP maybe more.... but either way thats basically how i am going to build up my motor i think but i haven't made up my mind yet...

Why would you get an R/T head if you're eventually going to get the hanh

You're going to switch manifolds anyway right? Why waste the money.

The RTs head (magnum head) has larger exhaust ports. You'd spend more money if u plan on turboing the car and ended up getting a header to go with the rt head. If u get a turbo, you'll get a downpipe to go with the turbo kit.
If you're going very deep into the engine and plan on porting and polishing it, you wont necessarily need to get the RTs head. U could just port the exhaust ports on your cylinder head by itself. It's your choice.
