Default Transmission Problems?

Has anyone had problems with the automatic trans? I have a 2003 SXT automatic. When I slow down, it feels like the transmission "downshifts" into a lower gear which is fine, but lately it feels like it is shifting into that lower gear a little harder than usual. The car has 62,xxx miles on it. No codes are being thrown either.

You maybe getting what we call ( dodge techs ) a bump stop. The rear gasket is leaking pressure when it shouldn't, It part of the low reverse piston retainer. Seal kit will fix that problem.

Seal Kit? Is it something I can get at my local Autozone or Napa and install myself?

Did the new seal kit work? My '02 does the same thing when downshifting.
