I've got an 02 neon without the tach, and I want to put in a white faced cluster with a tach. My question is, are all the 2nd gen neon clusters interchangeable? I hope to get one with slightly more miles on it than mine does, and swapping them when mine reaches that mileage.

I remember last year I wanted the white faced gauagecluster with the tach so I bought one on ebay thinking an electronic shop could set the milage on the car to match my exisiting mileage at the time. Well I found out that doing that was nearly impossible lol. BUT FORTUNATELY, the gaugecluster happened to only be 1,000 miles less than my exisiting mileage so it worked out really well!! It really sucked not having a tach prior and having the lonesome black background, the white face makes the car look really new, and its nice to see how much ur making your car work.

i refused to get the black when we got it, b/c my previous car had black background, so it looked cool and new. i like it alot, and it looks awesome with my white-faced faze gauge right with it in view.

 

i really want the white gauges but can't find any near my mileage, has anyone here actually swapped em? how long did it take you and how easy was it 20dodgeneon00
