Hey all, a couple of weeks ago i was teaching my gf how to drive, long story short, she didn't slow down on a turn like i told her to and she hit a curb on my front driver's side. Found out that my strut is leaking which is why i ordered new struts (hopefully i got the best tokicos). But now when i am slowing down to a stop, when i'm gettin on the brake just a little i can hear a "Clicking" sound. took it to a brake masters and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. Anyone have any ideas??? maybe its the strut? i'm not sure
Its actually when i am slowing down. Also, when I accelerate a little hard from a stop I can hear a grinding noise coming from under my driver's side, this has been happening before my gf hit that curb,I have not been able to figure it out. I would take it to that mechanic that I know, I just haven't had a whole day to myself or the money to take it yet.
haven't installed the struts, can't get a day to myself to do anything to my car recently, been working too much. but i will have them look at that when they do, hopefully its nothing too drastic
