Default changing gauge colour?

Hey guys.. i have a 2001 neon and am thinking of changing the looks of my gauges to blue instead of green.. My buddy did just his turn signals and they looks sexy.. He said he tried to do teh whole thing but because of the colour of the actual gauges it looked horrible..

So im woundering how easy it is to swap it to a complete blue setup (vs the stock green).. and what LEDs i need and the kill level to do it...

Thanks and let me know!!

Tutorial with pics would be great!

the blue will shine fine through the guages because there is actually a blue film. thats what makes teh light green. yellow regular lightbulbs+blue film=green guages. and they are 194

personally I recommend an EL overlay... but that's just me. also you get two color instead of just blue... mine's red and blue and it looks good
