Yeah Have seen it from a dig a few times. If I said it a little confusing sorry. But everytime I have seen it from a dig the AWD just grips the ground and jumps forward about a car length ahead sooo fast. But what you didn't but in the car stats is the weight. After the evo jumps out the SRT-4 gets its grip and the light weight flies by. I love evos too. I think I would still want one over an SRT-4. Hard decision.

 

I would happily take an Evo over an SRT-4. This is in a dream world though, cuz insurance FTL.

The obvious has been mentioned that duh the Evo weighs in as the heavy compared to the SRT4... but keep in mind too that the 2.0-liter in the Evo is wound pretty damn tight as-is, and the most streetable andreliable horsepower I've ever seen anyone tune it to is about 400 hp. The most streetable and reliable horsepower I've ever seen anyone tune a SRT4 to is around 475... so if you're down for overall performance, the SRT4 is the weapon of choice. If you like imports and AWD, then go for the Evo, but in my mind it's kind of a clique'y car.

If it was up to me, I would take the following:

Domestic (kind of): mid-90's Dodge Stealth RT/TT
Import: mid-90'sMazda RX-7 TT

Properly tuned, both of those cars haul *** and have their own unique character to them. Just me though.

 

No they are waiting for the parts and finding some and workin with my frame since they have a confusion with the insurance company they couldnt order the parts until they knew if my insurance company was going to fix her or total her . Got that worked out and it may be early next week when I get her back they just said tonight it could take up to 3 weeks but they are going to try to have her all done before the 14th for one of my big carshows.so the 3 weeks hopefully earlier is for the parts and the painting and putting on her new whole front end .

yeah, SRT-4s I would say are better in the street racing world. Put them both on a track with turns and stuff...SRT-4 would be laughed at sooooo hard. Thats where you really see the AWDs power shoot through. AWD drive on the street just doesn't do much.

Its been like a week and 2 days now since I took her in to the collision shop at my dealer where I got her new and I was kind of leary of taking her there but its too late shes there and hopefully I will get her back early next week. My dream ride will kill almost any ride out there a twin turbo supra also love the skylines also .

 

I've seen a few Supra TT's here in Wilmington, North Carolina. Hella fast. They'd whoop most of the cars in this city of 150,000 people.

 

Supras and Skylines were like the king of tuners. I saw a video of a supra toying with a ferari enzo. Then a saw a supra beat an SRT-4 like the SRT-4 wasn't even moving.

 

A kidwhere Iused live in Michigan hada de-badged white Stealth RT/TT. To this day, that is the only AWD car I've ever seen (or supposedly AWD) that could pull the front wheels 3" off the damn ground from a 25 mph roll, and leave you behindlike nothing I've ever seen on the street.One of the most beautiful and mean looking and performing street-driven cars I've ever seen... it turns out that between the car and the mods, he had almost $100,000 into it. The shame of it was, about three months later someone stole it, stripped/chopped it, then burned it... and ya know you never get your money back in mods from the insurance company. 'sniff, sniff...
