Tein S-Techs and Eibach Sportlines are the two best springs for that kind of drop IMO. You'll also need new struts...if you want to go anything beyond a 2"-2.2" drop then go for air bags.

I dunno, simple struts will do the job. If you really want to be scraping your bumpers on everything in town and on the highway... airbags are the way to do it.

Okay if you want to run a bigger tire, i.e fit the SRT rim with stock tires....

Are there any other struts or suspension mods you can get aside from stock SRT struts?

I'm trying to avoid buying used SRT struts if I can get new ones that'll accomodate a tire as big as the SRT's. I really don't want to run a 40 series tire.

Your probably going to see rubbing issues with the Tokico Blueswhen you go into 8" wide tires...a good combination would be something like 225-45-17 IMO.
