Default Lowering Springs

Hey, i want to lower my stock 05 sxt. i need to drop about 2-4 inches any suggestions on brands etc? keep in mind i need easy install... i am not exactly mechanic savy.

Tein S-Techs and Eibach Sportlines are the two best springs for that kind of drop IMO. You'll also need new struts...if you want to go anything beyond a 2"-2.2" drop then go for air bags.

I dunno, simple struts will do the job. If you really want to be scraping your bumpers on everything in town and on the highway... airbags are the way to do it.

Yeah thats the drop I want for my sxt . Sportlines and blues will do the job .

if you want lower than 2-2.5" then go with the skunk2s they lowered mine bout3-4 and i love them!

Okay if you want to run a bigger tire, i.e fit the SRT rim with stock tires....

Are there any other struts or suspension mods you can get aside from stock SRT struts?

I'm trying to avoid buying used SRT struts if I can get new ones that'll accomodate a tire as big as the SRT's. I really don't want to run a 40 series tire.

Your probably going to see rubbing issues with the Tokico Blueswhen you go into 8" wide tires...a good combination would be something like 225-45-17 IMO.
