Default Transmission swap (don't kill me yet... i've searched...)

Ok, this is my question... I want to swap my 04 se neon automatic to manual transmission. Ok, before you guys start yelling me asking me to search... here's my real question... if I wanted to do an srt4 swap like way down the road... then would an SRT tranny works with the 2.0L neon engine? Or would I only have the option of getting the tranny from r/t or regular neon for now for it to work with the motor? because i wanted to swap into manual but i don't want to waste money switching into a manual that i'm going to be switching out later.... THanks a lot guys...

Well... dang... that's a bummer... I think my auto tranny's starting to go out... and I wanted a manual but I wanted an srt engine later too... and i'm poor too... [&o]I guess I'll get a regular neon manual tranny first then save for the engine and extra 1000 for the tranny too... I'm gonna be broke by the time i'm done [&:]

An SRT-4 T850 transmission will bolt up to your 2.0 without any issues.

Ok, one more question... what's all the parts that I need? I know there's a list on one of the forum on here... but I mean can I just get a SRT tranny and the rest of the stuff from a regular manual neon? or would all the other parts be needed from the srt as well? like the passenger axle (regular or srt?) what about the pcm? (regular will do or an srt?) Thanks again guys
