It seems as if you're going for performance. I'd get the intake then exhaust first.

Its gonna be hard to do exactly what you want to your car because of your computer. Its NGC, meaning that its only programed to allow a certain amount of power. And unfortunetly there are no aftermarket computers for 03-05 neons. Exhaust and intake is a good start but dont expect to much power increase. Good luck modding!!

thanks guys.im thinkin im going for style, rather than alot of performance, the car being a automatic, and the computer(or lack of what you can do to it) is gonna push me in that direction right now.(at lest thats what my wife told me to say) hehe
does the magnaflow sound good with automatics?

The Magnaflow will sound the same on an automoatic as it will on a non-Magnum MTx Neon...it is also a dual tip exhaust.
