I say put it into a go-kart 
. There was a big thread over on SRT forums where some engineering students constructed their own frame then slapped the SRT-4 motor and tranny in it. They estimated it would run single digits in the quarter mile if I remember right...but it was an awesome project nonetheless.

easiest swap: 2003-2005
2nd easiest: 2000-2002
3rd easiest: 1995-1999
It's been covered on this site and many others...
Not familiar with the avenger, but the 2.4l stratus i assume would be an easy swap also.
