well my rear section should b arriving next week. well as u recall a while back i got a ticket for "modified exhaust" and i dont want another stupid ticket like dat. oh and it wasnt becus it was loud, it was because its modified not stock. well wen i get da rear section i want da tips cut off and have turndowns so cops dont c it and i cant get a stupid ticket. well if i have turndowns dey probably wont trip so wat ya think? do u have a different solution?

 

Damn dude where do live? the cops are nit picky there huh? Here in Az you dont see an import or even a small domestic without some kind of modded exhaust. they dont even trip on tint here, cause the summers are so damn intense. the sun will fade your **** really quick. They only trip really if you have limo on the fronts or your just being stupud and they want to tack it onto your other infractions.lol

 

California, they b hella strict here.

 

I say no turn downs... looks better with the two tips sticking out? IMO

What else you doing to the exhaust to make it illegal? If you get pulled over, just tell them it's a STOCK exhaust from a SRT4! lol

 

Yea i used to live in San Diego and they were ****** gotta couple tint tickets there. And I agree with Douglas, gotta have the tips or really whats the point.

You have an 02 bumper like me, right? I have an 02 with an srt rear section and it looks really stupid imo. It looks like you're trying too hard to be a muscle car or something. If you have the cut outs for it...it CAN look decent, but nothing near as badass as an 03+ with a lip or an actual srt bumper.

 

I got in trouble with mine up in my inlaws place they live in nothern iowa and the cops are very pickey up there and I had my srt exhaust on with and with out the resantors around whereI live and never had any problems for a yr and now have to run around with a glasspack. So go with a glasspack and not a cherry bomb you can get a nicer one for a little more money . I got my 31 inch for 60 bucks .

 

^^ your a tool... you don't even know what you have so who are you to say whats better. Why would you pay that much when you can get a cherrybomb for half the money in the same size and cherrybomb has been around for over 40 years.

 

Yeah I do mines a stainless steel thrush 31inch glasspack .
