All those mods do helpmy ride go no matter what tranny you have . Oh yeah I also got a new tranny out of the accident so that helps even more .

 

Yes, modding your engine makes it go faster, but that wasn't the point. Still doesn't change the fact that all transmissions aren't the same.

 

I know there not much difference between both autos the 3 speed and 4 speed both autos right and some may say 3-speeds are better while the ones with the 4speeds will say they are better it all depends who has what in all reality.

 

Not much difference besides the fact that a 3 speed can handle more power. Either way, they're not the same, so it does matter to some extent which one you have.

I dont think your ever right so thats why I go on like I do and Im just sayin 4speeds are better to me and mine handles all my mods pretty dang well. I probably have more engine mods than you anyways and my 4 speed is faster than you whatever.

 

the only difference is that the 3 speed can hold more torque... your 4th speed is nothing but an overdrive gear. Other than the torque rating one is not better than the other, IMHO.

As for the CAI, i doubt you would even see that high of a gain on these cars. lol Anyway, what i was getting at is that stock for stock his buddy should have put those 5 cars on him also. Driver error is the only reason they were so close the first time.

Believe me, when i was stock i laid beatings on many ATX neons... It was sad.

Changing the subject FTW. 4 speeds are better to you because you don't know what you're talking about. I'm sure it handles it well, because you're probably only pushing maybe 160 horse power. And yes, you have more mods. I've had my car for less than a month. But at least when I do mod my car, I'll know what's going on my car and what exactly it does and how.

 

a 160!? no way, i bet if she put it on the dyno that thing wouldn't put out more than 125whp
