basically find someone that will give you a "crooked" sticker, thats what i had to do last year. if you offer or even just ask, for a lil bit more they will just pass you even though your car doesn't

yeah well in Utah its not quite that easy anymore highway patrol is shutting down damn near all our shops!!! i cant get my damn jeep registered lol
