So my halos are coming in on thursday and i was looking for some help wiring them. I know there are a thousand ways to hook them up, so light this thread up with all of them that anyone knows. if nothing else, i definitely want a simple wiring so that just my halos and leds are on with my parking lights. Thanks for help anyone can provide!

 

i just wired mine up a few weeks ago and i wired them how you want them so the halo and leds are one with parking lights..... its reall simple simply splice into your front parking lights and connect the positive wires with the positive and negative with the negative. i forget which color is which but i just spliced the wires and hooked them up and turned on the lights and when they came on that was the right way lol. but its just 2 wires colors you will deal with white and black (from the halo that is) and youll have like 3 or 4 of each wire just twirl them together then splice them into the cars wiring. i think black is negative and white is positive.... the wires from the car are a little diff but it has a black for negative. so the other wire that runs to the parking light is the positive.

 

The black wire in the car is negative so wire all the black wires there from the halo. Wire the white wires for the halos and leds together and splice those into the black/yellow wire. Those are the parking lights. The green/red wire is the turn signal wire. These are the colors in my 02 sxt. Lemme know if u have problems.

alright, i just got around to putting my halos in...now im just supposed to splice into the wires right behind where the headlight plugs in right? the only colors there were red, black, and purple and red...i put the black from the halo to the black on the car and the white/red from the halo to the puple wire on the car... i got nothing except the regular headlight in the halo from plugging it in...am i misssin something or what am i doing wrong?

Ur colors are a lil different than mine...so the purple wire is your parking wire? Or is it your signal wire?

 

Make sure your using the marker light wires to splice the halo wires to.

 

i believe it is the parking lights...should i be splicing into the wires behind the headlight or turn signal?
