I changed my oil about a week ago, so I don't want to change it again BUTTTTT

Can I run it through the PCV line and be okay? I DON'T want to change my oil. I will change my plugs though...

Anyone?

SeaFoam
I'm really curious too, I've heard good things about what it does...but I'd like to hear it from more people before I do it myself.

Its like exlax for ur engine clean out all (or most) of the bad stuff. After you change the oil pour about a 1/4 of it into to the head (same place u add oil ) and then pour the rest of it into the gas tank. Its better to wait till the gas tank if half full , then pour in the seafoam, then top off the gas that way it can dellute better. i use it everytime i change my oil.

No, it doesn't do that if you keep the RPM's around 1500....and i'm with you graphite. I've heard good and bad myself, that's why i've decided to try it...my car is a piece of **** anyway, worst case it blows up.

I'm going to pick up some new spark plugs and do it tomorrow on my day off. We're going to see if this is the best bang for the buck mod lol (About $12 all together)

I know that it works to make your car run better, but i dont know if it has any negative long term effects.
My cousin owns side of the road used car dealer (you know that kind that sells to anyone with crappy credit at inflated prices) he buys seafoam by the case. every single car he gets from the auction, he uses seafoam in to make 'em run real smooth and he tells his customers that it runs "just like new". Yeah, they do for a while.
I have used it also and it worked, but i didnt keep up with the treatments.

You cant use Seafoam without changing your spark plugs and oil...you also have to remeber to remove the downstream 02 sensor unless you like replacing those too.

You have to change the oil even if it goes through the PCV? I am not putting any in the oil at all.

I need to remove my upstream sensor, although i'm already at freaking 87,xxx with it. It needs to be replaced. Do you know the best place to replace them affordably? I hear autozones are no good.

Does the o2 sensor screw in or how does it come out?
