I guess the best way to describe it is increased responsiveness. You can squish the stock bushings in your hand. Its just a better feel imo. You'll have to take your battery and battery tray out to get to the ones on the tranny. Or at least I did at least.

 

yeah, i read through the sticky that 03neonRT posted. Seems easy. I was just wondering what the heck it did for the tranny. So small lol. Maybe I will put it on just the shifter and then later I will put it on the tranny too. then I can see the difference.
