Someone had posted a forum about the dodge viper that was deemed the fastest street legal car in the world and I disagreed and had my *** handed to me with the specs of all the cars I had said with the viper clearly coming out on top by 5 MPH. it was really a "open mouth insert foot" moment. BUT! I now redeem myself with this. yes it's street legal, 0-60 in 1 second. YES 1 second. it has a 9.3L twin turbo V8 2200 BHP

there is a difference between street legal and from the factory.
and there are 3 specials on that car. One was that one, and 2 were trying to break track records.

It comes that way off of the 24 car line it was on. So yeah? stock? right? If Hennessey isn't the manufacturer than dodge(almost the same) is. But what does that matter? Still, its a production car. Or maybe hennessey did the same thing that Mines did to the GTR Skyline? Idk. It was considered a production car and it was made that way as one. So even if so, wouldn't it still be "stock" or built that way by whatever factory?
But that car is amazing. I enjoyed watching it.

Hennessey, Saleen, Dinan, Alpina, RUF, etc... not stock in my book or production for that matter. You can't buy a Hennessey Dodge viper from the Dodge Dealership nor a dinan M5 from BMW.

you must take the car to THEM or order the car from THEM and THEY get the car stock and make it what it is
