Default Few problems

The first issue is that only one of my low beams is out but the high beam still works, tried replacing the bulb and nothing same problem. Could this be a wiring issue?
Next is when I hit about 45mph it starts to vibrate and it also vibrates when I’m stopped at a light. I replaced a cracked air hose and still nothing.

As fo r the vibration, make sure your tires are balanced, rotors are in good shape, not warped, and check the brake pads as well. Also time pressure check would be good.

Check motor mounts and note that neons are known to vibrate. The steering column, dash and Hvac (Although varying by car) have been known to rattle
