Yea, it is a neon.
Once you get past the few weird thins about it, such as it being a neon, it is by far not a bad vehicle. They have good potential, great DD vehicles, good gas mile-age, and to top it all off she's cheap. Just make sure to do routine maintnence and she won't give you too many problems.
