Ok on the neons the ones he wants are the ones I have and they arent cheap they are led neons and the best out there . I would still go with red and be careful where you run with them on.

yeah I have had the tokiko 5 way ajustable struts came stock on my acr srt4 and I added come stage 3 coilovers for an awesome drop kind of gave her a slammed look.

yea, conway and mtn. home can get pretty rough.. i know i'm getting a CAI around the 15th.. but other than neons and/or lowering springs, i dont know what else i can do

Yea they do have some pretty good go for a stock neon, i know people around here are suprised when i beat them..lol. i was going to do an srt swap in my car, but i just dont have the time so im going to buy an srt-4 i love the look of them, and to put a turbo on my car i dont wanna be rebuilding my engine, again no time, if i had time i would love to have a 1st gen ACR that i could run with the white srt-4 acr in town here.

Even if the insurance is under your Dad, as long as your on the car then its going to be pretty high. Trust me, I've been there, tried that...

Ive also been there done that with my acr srt4 but I bought it new and paid for it than and didnt make any payments. Insurance for a srt4 is higher than like an sti or evo for some reason around where I live got quotes for both just recently. Youll change your mind after you find out how insurance is a killer all that want a srt4.
