Default hey owners from the northern states and canadian owners!

i know i dont post in this section very often, but hows everyones neon doing in the snow and ice? im rather pround i havent gotten stuck YET this winter, and made it through some shatty roads. not to mention reverse donuts

Upstate NY here!Been in a few good storms so far this year, the car isn't to bad in the bad stuff... Just gotta drive smart.

North east Pennsylvania. I've had the tires spin on me when I stop on like 2 r 3 inches of snow but other than that it runs good. It only slides when im snow driftin

Im in Michigan, we have had one good snow and lots of ice... i wint and got some winter tires and the car handles like a dream!! Not quite AWD but with the snow tires it damn close! [/align]

Ontario canada here.. had a minor accedent in my buddies driveway sliding under his surburban.. on the roads i just always test my brakes well in advance and see what my stopping distance is.. normally horrible with winters on the front and all seasons on the rear.. havent got stuck yet.. have drifted unwillingly a few times but nothing that i couldn't control (Thank god for me driving like an idiot in the summers and getting use to sliding and controling)..

Hey, another Michigander here. I got winter tires so my baby handles really well in the snow and slush. Get winter tires and you won't regret it! Unless ur like me and plan on wasting lots of cash on new summer tires and rims. Then maybe you'll regret it later [:-]

upstate ny, my Olds drives grate in the snow, my neon just looks at the snow from the garage all winter

I've yet to get any real snow here in Ohio. What little we did have, the Neon handled fine through. Just kinda had to mess with the clutch to get better traction and avoid spinning my tires.
