yeah you might be ok...keep a CLOSE eye on it though...make sure u dont leak any anti-freeze and check the motor to make sure you dont have any leaking out anywhere...the biggest worry w/ a bad head gasket is warping the head though..and theres no way to tell whether you're doin that or not without digging into it.
check your oil for coolant, easyist way is to pull off the oil fill cap, if it is whiteish..... your in trouble..... if its not drain the oil and look for any "milky" oil [/align]
here's an Idea.. is it WHITE smoke or BLUE smoke. make sure you know the difference
White smoke=burning collent
Blue smoke=Burning oil
Make sure your oil is not over filled! if it's normal and it's really White smoke and not blue. it's a head gasket FTL

i blew the headgasket on my girlfriend's thunderbird and there was white smoke billowing out but there was a mechanic right down the road so i kept going and he said if i had driven it anymore the car wouldnt have been drivable
